The role will include the following activities:
- Review and analysis of historical trading, cash flow and balance sheets
- Review and analysis of projections, and underlying assumptions
- Reporting of potential key issues for our client including identification of risk or price affecting considerations
- Having understanding of Valuation concepts – Discounted Cash Flow, Comparable Company Method, Transaction Multiple Method.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large engagements, supervise/motivate staff, and prioritize projects

The role will include the following activities:
Carrying out internal Audits for clients, by being part of the Audit team. Providing all necessary support to the senior in charge and guiding the assistants in the team. Have understanding of principles of COSO, Risk Management, Risk based Internal Audits etc. and working knowledge of statutory compliance with regard to Labour Laws, Tax Laws, Companies Act, Commercial Laws, etc.
- To conduct planning of the assignment along with immediate senior and forward to Manager for review.
- To execute the assignments in accordance with the firm’s internal audit manual and provide periodic updates to immediate senior.
- To review the work done by team members on a daily basis and to ensure that the work has been carried out as per the plan.
- To ensure that the report is prepared by the team members on a daily basis in the format specified in the firm’s internal audit manual.
- To ensure that the audit documentation is prepared by the team in accordance with the firm’s internal audit manual. The audit documentation is accurate, upto date and easily understandable.
- To prepare internal audit report andforward the same to immediate senior and Manager for review.
- To ensure compliance of internal audit standards laid down by ICAI and IIA.
- To ensure that completion of assignments within specified time lines and time budget
